Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using teamjuh.com or engaging TeamJUH for services, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or contract exists for your project, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.

2. Our services

We provide website, application, AI and e-commerce development, plus maintenance and support. The scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are set out in a written proposal or estimate that you approve before work begins.

3. Quotes & payment

• Estimates are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise.
• [Deposit and milestone payment terms, e.g. 50% upfront and 50% on completion.]
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we begin.
• Invoices are due within [X] days. Late payments may pause work.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, access and approvals in a timely way, and confirm that you have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.

5. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Care plans & support

Monthly Webmaster Plans and other ongoing services renew each month until cancelled. [Notice period for cancellation.] Each plan's included hours and tasks are described when you sign up.

7. Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, WordPress plugins, Shopify, Stripe or AI providers. Their own terms and pricing apply, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TeamJUH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. [Confirm wording with legal counsel.]

9. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. You'll pay for work completed up to that point, and we'll hand over the work you've paid for.
