What is included in a monthly webmaster plan?
Every plan includes managed SSD hosting on LiteSpeed with PHP 8.1+, an SSL certificate, speed and image optimisation, WordPress and server security with daily malware scans, daily backups, uptime monitoring, Google Search Console monitoring, technical SEO monitoring, GA4 and Meta Pixel setup, and a monthly allowance of WordPress tasks.
Is hosting included, or do I pay for it separately?
Hosting is included. Every plan comes with SSD managed hosting on a LiteSpeed web server running PHP 8.1 or higher, plus an SSL certificate — there is no separate hosting bill.
What happens if I need more work than my plan includes?
Extra WordPress work beyond your monthly allowance is billed at $65 per hour. Larger projects such as a redesign or a new store are quoted separately.
Do you back up my website?
Yes. Every plan includes daily on-site backups, along with uptime monitoring so we know immediately if your site goes down.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Contact us at info@teamjuh.com and we will help you move your site if you decide to leave.
Do you only maintain WordPress sites?
WordPress and WooCommerce are what these plans are built around. We also maintain Shopify stores and custom Next.js applications — contact us for a quote on those.
