A chatbot that answers from your pages, not from its imagination.
The challenge
A general-purpose chatbot bolted onto a business website invents answers. It will confidently quote a price that does not exist or a policy nobody wrote, and the business finds out when a customer complains.
What a small business actually needs is narrower: something that answers only from its own pages, says so when it does not know, and passes the conversation to a person before it does damage.
What we built
Trained on the site itself
The plugin indexes the site’s posts and pages and answers from them, re-training automatically when content changes, so replies stay tied to what the business has actually published.
Either AI provider, no upgrade required
ChatGPT or Claude, with every model the owner’s API key can reach available in the free version — including the cheaper small models, which is what makes it affordable to run.
Lead capture and human handover
Name, email and phone collected in the conversation — optional, inline or required. When a visitor asks for a person, the chat transfers with its full history emailed to the team and continues from a live dashboard.
Runs on the business’s own terms
Business-hours scheduling with timezone support and defined offline behaviour, an AI-disclosure notice that can auto-hide once a human joins, and FAQ quick-buttons for the questions asked every day.
Conversations stay with the site owner
Everything is stored in the site’s own WordPress database — nothing is sent to TeamJUH servers — with bulk deletion and auto-expiry for GDPR and CCPA obligations.
