The challenge
LeadWest offers a wide spread of services — GLP-1 weight management, TRT, peptide rejuvenation, state disability benefits, emotional support animal letters and IHSS support — to patients in both English and Spanish. A single generic contact form would have buried all of it.
What we built
A page per service
Each service gets its own explanation and its own entry point, so a patient searching for one treatment lands on that treatment rather than a homepage.
Scheduling and portal, wired in
Scheduling and the patient portal are reachable from every page, with a dedicated new-patient path separate from returning-patient sign-in.
Bilingual throughout
English and Spanish switching built into the navigation rather than bolted on as a translation plugin afterthought.
