Longevity Newport

A clinical site that stays up, loads fast, and books appointments.

The challenge

Teresa Powell, who founded the practice, came to us with a site that kept letting her down. Longevity Newport ran on an ageing WordPress build: pages were slow to load, and the site went down repeatedly. For a clinic where almost every new patient arrives through the website, each outage is someone who books with another practice instead.

The practice also offers a wide range of treatments, and the old site explained them as one undifferentiated list behind a single generic contact form, rather than sending the right patient to the right booking flow.

What we built

A rebuild on Next.js, off WordPress

Rather than patch the WordPress install again, we rebuilt the site in React and Next.js and put it on Vercel, where the pages are pre-rendered and served from the edge. The slowness and the downtime that prompted the move have not come back.

A service page per treatment

Each treatment gets its own page with the detail a patient actually asks about, and a booking link for that specific service.

Booking, wired through

Every call to action routes into the practice’s existing scheduling system, so no enquiry is retyped by hand.

A calm, clinical design

Typography and spacing set to feel like a medical practice rather than a storefront, and fast on a phone in a waiting room.
