Getting a growing meal-prep business off a no-code build that kept breaking at checkout.
The challenge
The store had outgrown the no-code platform it was built on. Checkout broke under load, changes were slow and risky, and nobody could fix anything without touching the whole build.
What we built
A migration with no downtime
Rebuilt on Next.js and moved across in stages, keeping the live store selling throughout and preserving URLs so rankings held.
A checkout that holds up
Replaced the fragile ordering flow with a tested one: weekly menu selection, subscriptions and payment handled properly.
A codebase the team can change
Menus and products are editable without a developer, and deploys are a push rather than an afternoon.
